Our professional trainers possess a diverse range of skills, are fluent in a variety of modalities, and have expertise in a number of specialties. Our attention to personalization means that we design a program just for you. When creating your personal fitness program, our coaches consider your individual skill level, fitness goals, medical history, and anatomical makeup, among other factors. Each workout is unique, focused, and well-thought-out, in order to accomplish each session’s particular goal. As a bonus, CLIENTEL3 members have full access to all coaches.
Our personalized one-on-one coaching sessions assist with injury prevention and more. These sessions are customized for you individually and focus on helping you achieve your personal goals, overcome any perceived obstacles and gain new confidence.
Private Group Training
With each session limited to five clients, our private group training builds camaraderie, and allows for the group to push one another. This also offers you access to our team of coaches, and is a cost-effective way to enjoy quality training.
CLIENTEL3 offers a variety of specialty training including but not limited to sport-specific workouts, mobility and movement, martial arts, boxing, and steel club/mace.
To help become the healthiest version of yourself—and stay that way—our nutrition coaching includes body-composition analysis, customized meal planning, weekly check-ins, and meal-preparation assistance.
